Load Bearing Wall Removal
For this wall removal, the plumbing services that ran up to the laundry room were rerouted to another wall. There were also electrical services that were moved. Because this was a load bearing wall, an LVL beam was used. After the wall removal, the floor and the ceiling are also repaired.
