Deck Remodel and Stone Walkway

Demolition
For this project, our team demolished the bottom level of the deck which had a jacuzzi. We go the extra mile to make sure that the workspace is kept as clean as can be expected from a worksite. Our team removes all trash and puts away the equipment at the end of the work day.
Deck Remodel: Build Stairs and Railing
After the demolition, we started work on the stairs and railing.
There are many options for your deck such as different stair designs, adding outlets, and various types of railing, Easier Remodeling will make your vision come to life. Currently, the waterfall stair design is very popular. Other things to consider are putting lights on the faces of the steps. This will allow you to safely utilize the space after the sun goes down without needing to go down the steps with a light in your hands. For the railing, there are so many materials and designs to choose from: wood, aluminum, metal, glass, or cable. We can help you navigate through all the options during your estimate if you have any questions in regards to costs and durability.
Deck Skirting
Although not necessary, deck skirting gives the space a clean look. If you need to acces the space below, a gate can be added.
Stone Walkway
After the removal of the bottom level of the deck, the owner opted to utilize this space as a patio sitting area with the walkway leading to the fountain. This deck remodel and stone walkway will provide you with outdoor entertaining space and increase the value of your home.
